We shipped a platform update that significantly speeds up how CyberNut bulk processes and remediates reported emails across your entire domain.
Remediation actions that used to take around 30 minutes now typically complete in under 5 minutes, at least an 80% improvement in processing time. Reported Threats only surfaces emails your users actually report, but once you remediate one of those reports, CyberNut also finds and removes every other matching copy of that same email across your domain, even the ones nobody reported. This update means that full cleanup, reported and unreported copies alike, now finishes in minutes regardless of how large your district is. This is live for all customers today, on both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Dynamic Groups Support
Added support for Google Workspace Dynamic Groups. CyberNut can now detect dynamic group membership and maintain real-time sync as users are automatically added or removed based on organizational criteria. Google Workspace super admins must update service account permissions to enable this feature. See our knowledge base for configuration details.
