Why can I not log in to the Admin Portal?

Solutions:

  • Sign Up for Account: Each administrator must Sign Up for an account at https://admin.cybernut.com/login. If another administrator adds you as a user that is only granting permissions to the account and not creating the account.
  • Verify Credentials: Ensure you are using the correct email and password.
  • Account Permissions: Confirm that your account is added to the CyberNut Admin group in either the Google Admin Console or Microsoft Azure Portal. Only users of this group are authorized to login to the CyberNut Admin Dashboard.
