1. Analyzing a Baseline Campaign
Let's walk through how to review a Baseline Campaign. We'll keep it simple and straightforward.
2. Click the Completed tab to view campaigns that have wrapped up.
3. Locate the Baseline Campaign in the list and click it to open the results.
4. This is your campaign dashboard—where all the key performance data lives.
5. This section tells you how long the campaign ran and highlights any blackout dates (days when no emails went out).
6. Here you'll see how many people got emails and the total number of emails delivered throughout the campaign.
7. This shows the number of individual users who clicked on links in the emails.
8. This indicates how many distinct emails received at least one click.
9. This tallies up every link click across all emails—including repeat clicks.
10. Click here to switch the view and see these numbers as percentages instead.
11. Now you're seeing what percentage of employees opened or clicked—easier to interpret at a glance.
12. Let's head to the Activity tab to dig into what actually happened during the campaign.
13. This view breaks down activity by User, Email, User Group, Sent Date, Category, and Action taken.
14. Click on a date to pull up the exact email that user received.
15. Review the email for suspicious elements or red flags—this is where learning happens.
16. Click Users to see how each individual person responded to the campaign.
17. Here you'll find emails sent to each user, total clicks, and unique clicks—helpful for spotting trends.
18. Head back to Overview and switch to percentage view. The "Users Clicked" percentage is your best baseline indicator.
19. Congratulations!
