▶️ Analyzing a Baseline Campaign

This will guide you through the dashboard analytics for Baseline Campaigns.

  1. Baseline campaigns can be found under 'Active Campaigns' if they are still within the start and end dates, or under 'Completed Campaigns' if it's after the end date.
  2. By clicking on this card with the campaign, you'll see details such as the name, start date, and end date.
  3. You can view a list of participants involved in the campaign by clicking on 'Participants'.
  4. Clicking on 'Results', will show the campaign data. This includes the number of users, the number of emails sent, the number of emails opened, the number of users who opened emails, and the total number of clicks. The same email can be clicked multiple times. You can also see the number of unique clicks, indicating how many unique email links were clicked, along with the number of users who clicked on an email. You also have the option to display percentages for each of these metrics.
  5. By toggling the summary, you can view all of the actions taken across the campaign. Each time an email was sent, opened, or clicked, it is logged on this view.
  6. In addition, you can view a list of email opens, identify which users opened emails, see all of the email clicks, and find out which users clicked on emails.
  7. Each of these tabs can be downloaded to a CSV file by clicking on the download button.
