What happens if staff refuse to use the CyberNut Add-On?

Even if staff don’t use the Add-On, CyberNut still adapts based on their behavior:

• Everyone starts at Level 2
• If they click, they move to Level 1 next
• If they report or don’t click, they move up to Level 3
• If they neither click nor report, they’ll still continue to level up slowly as the system learns from engagement patterns
