Preparing a CSV of User Data from Microsoft Azure Active Directory

Step 1: Log in to the Azure portal and click on View for Microsoft Entra ID.

Step 2: Click on groups. Select the group to use and click on members.

Step 3: Click on bulk operations and then click on download members.

Step 4: Name the file Cybernut campaign users and click start download.

Step 5: Once ready, click on the click here to download link.

Step 6: Open the data in Google Sheet or Microsoft Excel.

Step 7: Adjust the data to match this structure:

Column A: GROUP NAME

Column B: FIRST NAME

Column C: LAST NAME

Column D: USER EMAIL

Step 8: Change the Group name for each user to either Staff or Student.

Step 8: Download the file as a CSV. (Ex. CyberNut Users)
