Where is the Gmail add-on located?  

If you are confident your School Technology Administrator has installed the Gmail add-on first, you can locate it by clicking the arrow in the bottom right corner of Gmail.



Once you click the arrow, it will reveal all your installed add-ons including CyberNut.
