How do we remove a blocked domain that was accidentally added to our CyberNut mail flow rules?

To remove a blocked domain that was accidentally added to your CyberNut mail flow rules in Microsoft Exchange, you’ll need to edit the rule you created for CyberNut.

Domains must be unblocked in the CyberNut dashboard. If they’re only removed from the Microsoft transport rule, they’ll be automatically added back.

  1. Log into the Exchange admin center at https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/.

  2. Click on Mail flow, then select Rules.

  3. Find the rule related to CyberNut.

  4. Click on the rule to edit it.

  5. In the conditions section (such as “Apply this rule if”), look for the domain or IP address you wish to remove.

  6. Remove the blocked domain from the list.

  7. Save your changes.

Changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate, so please allow some time for the updates to take effect.
