The updated extension adds the Chip icon in three additional locations. It can be moved around to any position needed and will remain there each time an email is opened to make it convenient to report any suspicious emails.  Note: Your Tech Admin must enable the floating icon feature in CyberNut. ![](https://knowledgebase.cybernut.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-09-2026-09-13-00-6794-PM.png?width=670&height=330&name=image-png-Jul-09-2026-09-13-00-6794-PM.png) Keep in mind this extension only works in Chrome when the user is logged in with their school Chrome profile. **Directions for Installing the Extension** 1. Go to the Google Admin Console at [http://admin.google.com](http://admin.google.com). 2. Click **Chrome.** 4. Select the **Users** for which you want to deploy the extension. (ex. At the bottom right, click the **yellow plus icon**. 8. Login at [http://admin.cybernut.com](http://admin.cybernut.com) 2. Go to **Settings** in the bottom left corner. 3. Click the **Add-on** tab and toggle on **Chrome Extension has been deployed**.
