This article explains what each report shows and when to use it.   Reports at a glance | Report | What it shows | | --- | --- | | **Gradebook Report** | Completed scores for each of your students. | | **Engagement Summary** | How many students are Not Started, In Progress, or Completed. | | **Summary Report** | Overall student counts by status, plus completion rates. | | **Student Progress Report** | One student’s lesson status and scores. | | **AUP Reports** | Which students have reviewed and agreed to the Acceptable Use Policy. | | **Scheduled Reports** | Automatic delivery of reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. | | **Pre-K / K Summary Report** | Completion of the three Pre-K and Kindergarten lessons. | Standard reports ### Gradebook Report **Where to find it:** Reports & Tools \> Gradebook Tools The Gradebook Report shows your students’ completed scores across all CyberStudent modules. Use it to monitor individual learning outcomes and see which students need targeted support. ### Engagement Summary **Where to find it:** Reports & Tools \> Engagement Summary The Engagement Summary gives you a quick snapshot of where your students are in the curriculum. It groups students into three categories: - **Not Started:** Students who haven’t opened or begun their assigned lessons. - **In Progress:** Students who have started at least one lesson but haven’t finished all the content. - **Completed:** Students who have finished all lessons. **Best for:** Making sure students are on track and knowing who to follow up with. On-demand reports ### Summary Report The Summary Report is a high-level view of student activity. Instead of individual scores, it shows: - **Overall engagement:** The total number of students who are Not Started, In Progress, and Completed. - **Completion rates:** The percentage of students who have completed their assigned modules. **Best for:** A quick check on your class’s overall participation and progress. ### Student Progress Report The Student Progress Report shows one student’s journey through CyberStudent: - **Lesson status:** Whether each assigned module is Not Started, In Progress, or Completed. - **Completion tracking:** Which lessons are finished and which still need attention. - **Scores:** The student’s results on completed lessons, where applicable. **Best for:** One-on-one check-ins, parent meetings, and planning individualized instruction. It also documents that a student has completed required lessons on digital citizenship and online safety, which supports CIPA compliance reporting. ### AUP Reports The AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) Reports show which of your students have read and agreed to your school or district’s Acceptable Use Policy in CyberStudent. You can use them to confirm student acknowledgments and to produce a record of compliance. **Best for:** CIPA compliance and audit readiness. ### Scheduled Reports Scheduled Reports send reports to you automatically, so you don’t have to pull them by hand each time. - **Flexible timing:** Schedule reports to run daily, weekly, or monthly. - **Always current:** You get fresh engagement and completion data on a regular basis. **Best for:** Ongoing monitoring without the manual work. ### Pre-K / K Summary Report The Pre-K / K Summary Report tracks progress in the three standalone Pre-K and Kindergarten digital citizenship lessons.
