This article explains what each report shows and when to use it.   | Report | What it shows | | --- | --- | | **Gradebook Report** | Completed scores for every user in your district. | | **Engagement Summary** | How many users are Not Started, In Progress, or Completed. | | **Summary Report** | Overall user counts by status, plus completion rates. | | **CyberStudent District Report** | Program-wide trends, completion, and school-by-school comparisons. | | **Student Progress Report** | One student’s lesson status and scores. Supports CIPA documentation. | | **CyberStudent Cybersecurity Report** | Staff completion of the Cybersecurity Course for Educators and Staff. | | **AUP Reports** | Who has reviewed and agreed to the Acceptable Use Policy. | | **Cyber Insurance Report** | Combined student and staff training records for insurers. | | **Scheduled Reports** | Automatic delivery of reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. | | **Monthly Report** | All reports for the previous month, delivered automatically on the 1st. | | **Pre-K / K Summary Report** | Completion of the three Pre-K and Kindergarten lessons. | Standard reports ### Gradebook Report **Where to find it:** Reports & Tools \> Gradebook Tools The Gradebook Report shows completed scores across all CyberStudent modules. As a District Manager, you can see grades for every user in your district, so you can evaluate program effectiveness at scale. Access is role-based. Teachers see only their own students, and School Managers see all users at their school. ### Engagement Summary **Where to find it:** Reports & Tools \> Engagement Summary The Engagement Summary gives you a quick snapshot of how users are moving through the curriculum. It groups users into three categories: - **Not Started:** Users who haven’t opened or begun their assigned lessons. - **In Progress:** Users who have started at least one lesson but haven’t finished all the content. - **Completed:** Users who have finished all lessons. **Best for:** Monitoring overall implementation and targeting follow-up support where it’s needed most. On-demand reports ### Summary Report The Summary Report is a high-level view of user activity across a classroom, school, or the whole district. Instead of individual scores, it shows: - **Overall engagement:** The total number of users who are Not Started, In Progress, and Completed. - **Completion rates:** The percentage of users who have completed their assigned modules. **Best for:** A big-picture view of adoption and progress, and spotting where more encouragement or follow-up is needed. ### CyberStudent District Report The District Report brings key CyberStudent data together in one view for district leaders: - **Engagement trends:** Overall usage and progress across all assigned modules. - **Completion insights:** Completion rates by school, grade level, or district, showing where adoption is strong and where support is needed. - **Performance summaries:** Combined performance data for groups, without individual student scores. - **Comparisons across locations:** Schools side by side, so you can celebrate successes and direct resources where they’re needed. **Best for:** Presentations to school boards, administrators, and leadership teams. ### Student Progress Report The Student Progress Report shows one student’s journey through CyberStudent: - **Lesson status:** Whether each assigned module is Not Started, In Progress, or Completed. - **Completion tracking:** Which lessons are finished and which still need attention. - **Scores:** The student’s results on completed lessons, where applicable. **Best for:** Individual check-ins and parent meetings. It also plays a key role in CIPA compliance by documenting that students have completed required lessons on digital citizenship, online safety, and responsible technology use, giving you clear evidence during audits or reviews. ### CyberStudent Cybersecurity Report The Cybersecurity Report tracks staff participation in the Cybersecurity Course for Educators and Staff. It helps you make sure every employee has completed the required training on protecting data, safeguarding systems, and modeling safe online practices. - **Staff progress:** Shows each lesson as Not Started, In Progress, or Completed. - **Completion monitoring:** Confirms which employees have finished all required modules. - **Performance results:** Scores for completed modules, showing staff understanding of cybersecurity best practices. - **Accountability at scale:** Lets you verify training completion across schools and teams. **Best for:** Compliance and accountability. Many districts are required to provide ongoing cybersecurity awareness training for staff, and this report documents participation for CIPA and other data security standards. ### AUP Reports The AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) Reports give you a record of which students and staff have read and agreed to your Acceptable Use Policy in CyberStudent. - **Agreement tracking:** Shows which users have accepted the AUP. - **District-wide view:** See compliance across every school in your district. - **Completion records:** Documentation you can use to show compliance with school, district, or state requirements. **Best for:** CIPA compliance and audit readiness. The reports provide verifiable evidence that students and staff have been informed of, and agreed to, your rules for safe and responsible technology use. ### Cyber Insurance Report Many insurance providers require proof of ongoing digital citizenship and cybersecurity training. The Cyber Insurance Report combines student and staff training data into one compliance record: - **Student digital citizenship:** Student completion of the Digital Citizenship course. - **Staff cybersecurity training:** Staff progress and completion in the Cybersecurity Course for Educators and Staff. - **Organization-wide coverage:** Student and staff data together, showing participation across the district. - **Insurance verification:** Evidence to support applications, renewals, or reduced premiums. - **Compliance alignment:** Supports CIPA and other training requirements. **Best for:** Cyber insurance applications and renewals. ### Scheduled Reports Scheduled Reports send reports automatically, so you and your stakeholders always have up-to-date information without pulling reports by hand. - **Flexible timing:** Schedule reports to run daily, weekly, or monthly. - **Custom recipients:** Send reports to Teachers, School Managers, or district leaders, so the right people get the right data. - **Consistency:** Leadership teams always have fresh data on engagement, completion, and compliance. **Best for:** Ongoing monitoring, staying ahead of compliance requirements (including CIPA), and sharing progress updates with leadership teams and boards. ### Monthly Report On the 1st of each month, District Managers automatically receive a Monthly Report covering the previous month’s activity. It gathers all of the reports into a single folder, so you have a complete monthly record without running or scheduling anything. ### Pre-K / K Summary Report The Pre-K / K Summary Report tracks progress in the three standalone Pre-K and Kindergarten digital citizenship lessons.
