Creating a Training Campaign
This guide will walk you through the process of creating a training campaign.
- Start by navigating to the 'Campaign Creation' item from the menu, and then click on 'Training Campaigns'.
- To create a new campaign, enter the campaign name. Next, select the start and end dates for your campaign. Choose your training group type, either 'staff' or 'student'. Enter your preferred time zone. Please note that emails will be sent between 9 AM and 5 PM based on the selected time zone. Now, you have the option to select blackout dates. Users will not receive emails on these dates. Once all the information is filled in, click on 'Save and Continue'.
- Next, you'll create your sub-campaigns or teams. This feature allows you to segment your users so that you can view data based on each user group. To create a sub-campaign, click on 'Add Sub-Campaign' and enter the name. Once the sub-campaign is created, click on the person icon to select the users that belong to this sub-campaign. To select users, click on the group from your directory list, and then select the individual users. You can select all users by clicking on the plus icon. Please note that users can only belong to one sub-campaign, but you can add multiple groups to a sub-campaign. If you try to add a user who's already been selected, the system will ask you to switch. You can now create other teams or sub-campaigns. Remember that each group and each user can only belong to one sub-campaign. These sub-campaign names will be used on leaderboards, and will be visible to users. Once your teams have been created, click on 'Save and Continue'.
- Once all the settings have been filled out, you can schedule your campaign.
