Creating a Baseline Campaign

This guide will show you how to create a Baseline Campaign in the CyberNut Admin Portal.

▶️ Creating a Baseline Campaign

  1. Click Create campaign from the menu on the left.

  2. Click Automated Phishing Training.

  3. Click the tile titled Baseline Phishing Campaign and click Next.

    1. Enter the Campaign name.
    2. Select the Group type
    3. Set the Campaign length by clicking the Start link. (Note: Emails are sent between 9 am and 5 pm in the selected timezone.)
    4. Select the Timezone.
      You will then be prompted to enter information about your baseline campaign. Enter the data and click Next.
  4. The next step is to select participants. If you have already integrated your directory, you can select the groups and users from the list provided. If you have not integrated your directory, you can upload a CSV list of users. To select individual users, first select the Directory group and then select the individuals.
  5. Click Create campaign.

Note: Baseline Campaigns do not allow for Teams or groups.
