This guide will walk you through the dashboard analytics for Compliance campaigns.
- Begin by navigating to either 'Active', if the campaign is scheduled or in progress, or 'Completed' if the campaign has passed its end date.
- Select the card with the campaign.
- Here, you'll see basic information about the campaign, including its name, start date, compliance due date, frequency of reminder emails, time zone, and blackout dates.
- To view the participants, click on the 'participants' button.
- To see the data, click on 'results'. This overview will display the number of users in a campaign, the count of emails sent, including reminders and warnings, and the number of users who have not started, are in progress, or have completed the campaign. You also have the option to toggle the percentage of each of these categories.
- Turning off the summary toggle will show the leaderboard, a list of users along with the number of acorns they've earned by completing quizzes in the compliance module.
- You can also view a list of users in each of the 'not started', 'in progress', and 'completed' tabs. For users who have not started or are in progress, you can resend the email with the training link, or mark users as completed. Doing so will move them from the 'not started' or 'in progress' tab to the 'completed' tab. All of your completed users will be displayed in the 'completed' view.
